Our Home

We live in the State of Washington and up to recently we lived on a 10 acre cherry orchard owned by Samantha’s family and only 3 miles from town. Our neighborhood is all orchards and a very quiet place to live and much room to roam, catch bugs, dig holes, and just get muddy from head to toe. We moved in the fall of 2015 to our own piece of property with a lot of room still to roam and are still able to enjoy the family orchards. We have two cats; Callie & Lucy. We do kitten foster care for our local Humane Society and Callie our cat is the best welcoming committee. She takes care of the kittens and gives them lots of love while they are with us. The activities we enjoy doing is fishing, swimming lessons, camping, boating, learning about the family orchard business and providing support for any activity a child would be interested in. Additional activities near our home include gymnastics, karate, hiking, horse riding, sports of all kinds, Awana’s, Young Life, and community events. Grandma is a leader in Awanas and BSF through her church, any child may attend these activities with her. I feel our community and family have much to offer a child. We have a diverse community, family and friends. We also believe any child would be interested in learning about the fruit industry with the multiple packing sheds and how fruit gets to the market.
